Day 1 — Arrival and consultation

Days 2–4 — Active treatment

What happens depends on your case:

Stick to soft foods, use cold compresses, take the prescribed pain relief, and avoid swimming, strong sun, smoking and alcohol for at least 48–72 hours. Light sightseeing and short walks are fine — Antalya's old town and seafront are easy, low-effort outings. Can you actually enjoy the "holiday" part?

Yes — within reason, and that is the beauty of Antalya.
