No — and this is the most important correction I make. Quality in implant dentistry is provider-level, not country-level. A poorly planned implant placed in London will fail before a well-planned implant placed in Antalya, and vice versa. The variables that actually determine your outcome are the diagnosis, the three-dimensional planning, the surgeon's technique, the prosthodontic design of the crown or bridge on top, and the maintenance protocol afterwards.

Balance matters, and I would not send every patient abroad. The risk is not the country; it is choosing the wrong provider.
